PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Subdivision Construction including Bulk Earthworks, Asphalt road & cul-de-sac, Two of 2 coat sealed roads, kerb & gutter and road drainage.
This project had a vertical curve in the road of over 20% and limited access into the subdivision.
Traffic control was required throughout the project and frequent consulting with community stakeholders. Management for Installation of services including Potable Water, Electrical & NBN
