PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Scope of works included existing road reconstruction with drainage (internal allotment & road), kerb and gutter, concrete and asphalt pavements, with one lane open at all times.
Working and consulting with key stake holders, bus ways and local authorities throughout the project. Removal of approximately 700 meters of Asbestos water main.
The project had a key challenge of working with Aboriginal and Heritage Archaeologists in conjunction with live services including high voltage electricity, gas main, communication, potable water main and pressure sewer line, while excavation in sand with high content of ground water.
